No matter how many times they re-make P&P there will NEVER be a better version than this. Sometimes, every element comes together to create TV magic and it happens all to rarely. Bleak House was another example, as were North & South and Cranford, all by the BBC.
The Colin Firth adaptation is truly a national treasure and I never tire of watching it.
