ISS

This is an AWESOME video created from footage taken by ISS, or the International Space Station.

So incredible!  Can you recognize Chicago and Lake Michigan at one point?

Earth | Time Lapse View from Space | Fly Over | Nasa, ISS from Michael König on Vimeo.

Do yourself a favor and expand it, making sure HD is on.

CooL!!! The wierdest thing for me about this video is how clearly you can see the atmosphere/ozone layer or whatever (please excuse my ignorance haha)! It looks like a force-field. What is the green swirlyness going over parts of it that move like the Northern lights?

it is like a force field! that's awesome :) I think you are referring to the Northern lights! They're actually 3D as in they go up to different altitudes in the atmosphere - so cool huh!? And sorry I didn't see your comment earlier :(
