So while this whole week I felt like I was dragging around some dead carcass behind me, slowing me down and making me feel really angry about not being able to catch up, with God's extreme assistance, I managed to walk everyday!!! (insert cheers and woohoos here)
Yesterday:
I was trying to call some parents and waiting for a call from another teacher, so I walked around outside the back of the school. I found the prettiest little enclosed garden behind the school. It had a small pond, a waterfall, with flowers and bushes, and even fish! Such a fun surprise :)
Then I practiced scales on my mandolin.
Today:
I walked around the neighborhood by The Village listening to Jon Foreman while eating an Eeegee's. It felt like winter, and I got a hello from a cute little boy.
I'm headed to my room to play guitar now :)
