rest

So at the Village we've been having God tell us that we need to better at some things via Eric. They are as follows:
1-rest
2-finances
3-relationships in marriage and singleness

Normally I really stress about trying to keep up with commitments because I'm not a very disciplined person. However, so far, I have greatly enjoyed the walks I've gone. Julie, you were right, I do love being outside and I so often forget how much. Since 2010, my walks have become one of the best parts of my day. Sometimes I listen to music, other times not, but it's a great time to destress, see God's beauty, and just really rest in his goodness and the fact that He loves me and will take care of me and everyone else...thanks Jesus :)

and on that note, I just went around the block today past the house with the fun yard and scary dogs.

I played Landslide by Stevie Nicks on my guitar and Cowboy Take Me Away by the Dixie Chicks...apparently it's a folk-country music day

I'm so proud of you, friend! 14 days of walking. Wohoo!! Hopefully someday you can walk while pushing Bella in her stroller! Miss you and love you. P.S. I love that you blog your random thoughts everyday. It's those little things that I miss most, especially since we live 23482978 miles apart from each other. Do you realize it's been 6 years since our crazy senior year of hanging out everyday, eating your mom's left overs, driving around Naptown, eating chinese food, going to steak and shake...the list is endless. I appreciate you so much! Love you!

Thanks dude! 23483978 - is that an exact number? :) It is weird it's been so long, but I'm really glad on the one hand now that I'm teaching people the same age - weird! next time we're together in IN, let's for steak and shake, k?
